We currently ship only within India, and offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value required. Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, though delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier serviceability (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays). We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details so you can follow its progress until it reaches you.
While we do our best to ship within the stated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, high order volumes during sale periods, or other circumstances beyond our control, we'll keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout, as Bleu Velvet is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy, which requires an unboxing video as proof to process any damage claims.
